Books That Will Empower You To Evolve

There is no greater investment than yourself. Investing in knowledge, in expansion, in evolution, in growth...and reading has to be one of the best ways to journey deeper. Why would we not want to know more? Particularly in today's modern world where we are permanently fixated by our phones, TV and screens without much in the way of real wisdom and knowledge (let's be honest, an hour on Instagram isn't exactly adding much to our knowledge bank) - stepping away and diving deep into the pages of texts, both old and new, can bring so much clarity and light into your life. I know they have for me and I trust that they will do the same for you.

If you have trouble detaching from the world and sitting down to read, I challenge you to commit to reading for just 10 minutes each day. Remove distractions, do it before bed, as soon as you rise, when you walk in the door, on the tube instead of watching the latest episode. Or download Audible and listen! I promise you, the illuminating effects of these words and stories will bring so much more to your life. Be conscious of what you consume.

Here's a list of the books that I love - I'm sure more will be added in time!
